Join Miss A every morning for an on foot adventure to different parks in the area to start the day off with some fresh air, learn muscular anatomy, and practice stretches to help keep our bodies healthy!
Each registered camper will receive a new yoga mat and travel strap.
We may even have some guest yoga instructors join us this year!
Drop-Off time is 10AM and Pick-Up time is 2PM at the Switchboard.
Campers are asked to wear sneakers and keep in mind that we will be doing a lot of walking. Bring waterbottles (two might be good!) and bring hats and or sunglasses. Please put on sunscreen before you arrive!
Monday: Locust St. Park- Focus on breathing techniques, neck and shoulder anatomy
