Through many arts and yoga adventures, Miss Alison and Stormy have found a great friendship built on stretching both our minds and bodies, artistic endeavors, and genuine good vibes! We are so excited to offer classes to the rest of our community as the Switchboard Yoga team. We are both quite convinced that with hard work, gratitude, and lots of love, we can do just about anything. And so can you! Check out class info below!
Gentle Yoga w/ Miss Alison- Beginner Friendly
$10 Cover charge- Punch Cards Available to save $
Roll around on the floor, stretch some things out and have a few good laughs as you begin the journey of learning your body's limits and how to push them. Great place to start for beginners who are looking to find movement and mobility in their muscles, stress relief, and sleep. We will follow a Vinyasa style practice as we start to learn how to breathe and move together.
*Please bring a mat and a water bottle! No registration required.
Miss A is available to do traveling classes and enjoys working with local school districts and sports teams to offer athletes a proper stretching routine to avoid muscular injuries during play time, strengthen core, and develop flexibility. Yoga w/ Stormy- Bumbling Circus Workshop
The Bumbling Circus Workshop offers weekly yoga classes Saturday mornings at 9:00am. A One-hour class will be all levels Hatha style practice with cueing and accommodations for a wide audience. The class will be taught by our very own Ringmaster, Albert Storm. Storm, a retired soldier, currently works as a lifeguard and fitness trainer and serves as a volunteer firefighter. No experience is necessary. Cost is $10 payable by cash or by reduced price punch cards available at the studio. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking to add yoga to their wellness routine. Private instruction is available by appointment
